  • Simple usage

  • Mix 100g of powder with 130mL of water

  • Put chicken in to container and knead

  • Place 2 pieces of chicken in a container with a proper amount of the powder and coat chicken with powder

  • Fry in oil at 170 for 10 to 11 minutes. (based on chicken No. 10) When putting the chicken in the fryer, do not drop it, slide it sideways.

  • *If you use a fan after taking out the chicken from fryer, the oil vapor flies away quickly and becomes crispy

  • *If you marinate it with cold water, it becomes crispier
