Simple usage
Mix 100g of powder with 130mL of water
Put chicken in to container and knead

Fry in oil at 170 for 10 to 11 minutes. (based on chicken No. 10) When putting the chicken in the fryer, do not drop it, slide it sideways.

*If you use a fan after taking out the chicken from fryer, the oil vapor flies away quickly and becomes crispy
*If you marinate it with cold water, it becomes crispier
